Introduction
The Wiser by SE app is your simple and intuitive dashboard for setting up and controlling your Wiser Smart home. Wiser Smart Homes are completely scalable and designed to simplify your life while providing added comfort, control, energy efficiency and peace of mind.
You can start with control of Wiser BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) devices directly from your Wiser by SE app for simple in-room control of your lighting and appliances with dimming, timer and scheduling functions, or scale up and connect a Wiser Hub and other Wiser Zigbee devices to control your entire home from anywhere in the world with internet.
Wiser Smart Home features - when using BLE

Wiser Smart Home features - when using the Wiser Hub with Wiser Zigbee devices:
When you connect a Wiser Hub with other Wiser Zigbee devices, the Wiser by SE app provides central control of your home electrical devices, such as lighting, exhaust fans, appliances, blinds, split A/C, TV, garage doors etc. This provides you with additional customisable features such as,
- voice control
- scene control (Moments)
- automation functions
- notifications
- remote control
- home management.

Voice Control
Wiser by SE App can also be linked with Google Home and Amazon Alexa Voice assistants to provide voice control of your Wiser Smart home connected devices and your set Moments. The Wiser by SE app has a detailed guide in the settings, providing step by step instructions outlining how to setup voice control.
Create Personalised Moments:
Everyone has their own set of rituals and daily routines . The Wiser by SE app allows you to set up these rituals, providing you with more time to do the things you enjoy. Moments allow you to control many devices at once from a single tap on your smartphone, voice command or using the switch on your wall. An ‘All Off’ moment is one great example of turning off all your lights, selected appliances and air conditioner when rushing out the door.
The Power of Automations:
Automations allow your home to be controlled exactly how and when you want it to, based on set conditions without you needing to do anything. The Wiser by SE app allows you to define the conditions that will trigger the automation and the logic between them. It will also let you set what actions will be triggered and the time the automation is active. For example, your outdoor lights could be automated to turn on at sunset every day, so you always come home to a well-lit pathway. Or never forget to turn on or off your bathroom exhaust fan, by having it run on a 15-minute timer, that is triggered automatically when humidity is too high.
Push Notifications
Whenever something requires attention the Wiser by SE app can send notifications and alerts. For example, if your Wiser door sensor detects the garage door is still open in the evening, you can program an Automation to send you a notification to alert you to close it.
Control from anywhere with internet
When your Wiser smart home is connected to the internet via a Wiser Hub, the Wiser by SE app allows you to control your home from anywhere in the world where you have internet access. You can check the status of your home and turn devices on/off or change settings at any time. For example, you may like to come home to a cool house during summer, so you can turn your home air conditioner on before you leave the office to ensure you have a nice cool home to welcome you.
Home Management
Your whole family can use the Wiser by SE app with simple home sharing. From the Wiser by SE app Home Management page, you can simply add homes, invite home members, transfer ownership and adjust family role access (e.g. Owner, common user).
